Sigler It is with deepest regret that I need to inform you of the passing of former Shenandoah County Circuit Court Clerk, Marvin G. Sigler. He passed away yesterday in the early morning hours. The service will be Thursday, May 16 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church at 5890 Main St., Mt. Jackson, Va. 22842.
